For over a decade we’ve helped hundreds of clients resolve their family law matters both inside and outside of the courtroom. We believe that the adversarial nature of divorce proceedings and the contentious courtroom battles that often follow are unhealthy, unproductive, primitive forms of dispute resolution. We’ve been through enough legal battles for a lifetime. We no longer litigate divorce cases. Today, we exclusively handle out of court divorce settlements. Our mission is to amicably resolve your family law issues in a private, respectful, and cost-efficient manner outside of court.
You may know that your marriage is effectively over. You’re contemplating divorce but because of the stigma that goes along with the divorce process you hesitate. You may fear the pain, stress, and cost that goes along with ending your marriage. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.  Apprehension and negativity toward the traditional divorce process is understandable. We’ve been there.

There is a better way.

Amicable divorce is the future. More people than ever before are filing uncontested divorce petitions. Despite this, there are marriages that will never see a cooperative resolution. For those unable to settle their divorce there are a wide selection of traditional family law attorneys to assist them with their upcoming legal battles.  We do things differently. We are selective in accepting cases and only consider working with clients who have a high probability of settling.

No divorce is easy, and we can’t promise your divorce will be amicable. We may not be the right fit for your situation, but if you’re unhappily married, thinking about divorce, or need a more evolved approach to your marital issues, the first step is to contact us now. We offer all potential clients a free confidential consultation. We look forward to hearing from you to discuss your options. Your divorce may not be perfect, but it doesn’t have to be a war.
